Ipak, na\u0161a spremnost da sudjelujemo u nekoj aktivnosti i radimo neki posao ovisi o puno faktora. Ona ovisi o osobnim potrebama, vrijednostima i stavovima, interesima, osobnosti i sposobnostima koje unosimo u posao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sam\u00a0<strong>posao<\/strong>\u00a0tako\u0111er podrazumijeva neka ograni\u010denja i izazove koji se postavljaju pred nas, a\u00a0<strong>organizacija<\/strong>\u00a0pak name\u0107e neka pravila kroz prakse upravljanja ljudima, na\u010dine rukovo\u0111enja te sisteme nagra\u0111ivanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poznavanje&nbsp;<strong>pravila i zakonitosti<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>ljudske motivacije<\/strong>&nbsp;va\u017eno je kako bismo osvijestili svoje potrebe te ono \u0161to nam posao i organizacija pru\u017eaju u zadovoljenju tih potreba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obzirom da motivacija sna\u017eno utje\u010de na&nbsp;<strong>produktivnost<\/strong>, nadre\u0111eni i voditelji tako\u0111er trebaju razumjeti \u0161to sve&nbsp;<strong>motivira<\/strong>&nbsp;i&nbsp;<strong>poti\u010de<\/strong>&nbsp;njihove zaposlenike na rad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pove\u0107ati motivaciju zaposlenika nije lako jer svaka osoba reagira na svoj posao i okru\u017eenje u organizaciji na jedinstven i sebi svojstven na\u010din<\/em>\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zadovoljavanje potreba<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do danas su razvijene mnoge metode motiviranja zaposlenika, a postoji i vi\u0161e istra\u017eiva\u010dkih i teorijskih pristupa pitanjima motivacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maslowljeva teorija hijerarhije potreba<\/strong>&nbsp;ka\u017ee da su na\u0161e potrebe hijerarhijski poredane pa se na dnu hijerarhije nalaze najosnovnije, a prema vrhu sve slo\u017eenije potrebe. Potrebe zadovoljavamo po\u010dev\u0161i upravo od onih temeljnih, najjednostavnijih, kao \u0161to su&nbsp;<strong>fiziolo\u0161ke potrebe<\/strong>&nbsp;i potrebe za&nbsp;<strong>sigurno\u0161\u0107u<\/strong>, prema slo\u017eenijima, kao \u0161to su&nbsp;<strong>dru\u0161tvene potrebe<\/strong>&nbsp;i potrebe za&nbsp;<strong>po\u0161tovanjem<\/strong>&nbsp;te potrebe za&nbsp;<strong>samoostvarenjem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U trenutku kada je neka potreba zadovoljena, ona gubi snagu i prestaje biti motivator, a osoba se usmjerava na sljede\u0107u razinu. Najsna\u017enija potreba zaposlenika je upravo ona koja trenutno jo\u0161 nije zadovoljena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>O\u010dito je da zaposlenici, rade\u0107i za neku organizaciju i odre\u0111enu nadre\u0111enu osobu, svakodnevno poku\u0161avaju zadovoljavati svoje potrebe koje su im trenutno va\u017ene<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Osje\u0107aj postignu\u0107a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jo\u0161 se jedan autor tako\u0111er bavio pitanjima motivacije zaposlenika i poku\u0161ao ih povezati s osje\u0107ajima zadovoljstva i nezadovoljstva na poslu.\u00a0<strong>Herzbergova<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>dvofaktorska teorija<\/strong>\u00a0ka\u017ee da zadovoljstvo i nezadovoljstvo poslom nemaju iste uzroke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nezadovoljstvo na poslu se javlja kad zaposleniku ne odgovaraju vanjski uvjeti posla, npr. pla\u0107a, status, sigurnost posla, radni uvjeti, politika organizacije, odnosi me\u0111u suradnicima i na\u010din rukovo\u0111enja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ove faktore&nbsp;<strong>Herzberg<\/strong>&nbsp;naziva&nbsp;<strong>higijenskim faktorima<\/strong>&nbsp;i oni \u010dak mogu sprije\u010diti pojavu motivacije. Kada su odgovaraju\u0107i oni mogu smanjiti nezadovoljstvo zaposlenika, ali ne mogu potaknuti motivaciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ljudi biraju svoja pona\u0161anja i ula\u017eu trud prema tome koliko vjeruju da \u0107e ih to dovesti do \u017eeljenih ishoda, tj. zadovoljenja njihovih potreba<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nagra\u0111ivanje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ljudi biraju svoja pona\u0161anja i ula\u017eu&nbsp;<strong>trud<\/strong>&nbsp;prema tome koliko vjeruju da \u0107e ih to dovesti do<strong>&nbsp;\u017eeljenih ishoda<\/strong>, tj. zadovoljenja njihovih&nbsp;<strong>potreba<\/strong>. Nadre\u0111ena osoba mo\u017ee izvana utjecati na te izbore i usmjeravati pona\u0161anja zaposlenika u \u017eeljenom smjeru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedan od na\u010dina za to je i&nbsp;<strong>nagra\u0111ivanje<\/strong>. Zaposlenika koji je obavio odli\u010dan posao na nekom projektu trebalo bi za taj rad&nbsp;<strong>nagraditi<\/strong>.
